A kiss is just a kiss— except in China and Chnlove! No social kissing whatsoever. Nor do they shake hands socially to say hello or goodbye, but rather nod their heads and smile. Even nowadays any public display of affection; including holding hands, hugging and kissing are frowned upon very strongly in China. So where, when and how exactly can you kiss a Chinese woman?
Chinese culture simply decrees that people don’t kiss each other and so they conform and basically refrain from kissing. The exception to this readily accepted credence is for married couples within the privacy if their own bed. And of course very young children may be kissed but even then very little physical validation is offered to youngsters.
